What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Processing and matching up to 300 invoices per week ✅ Keeping supplier records and statements accurate and up to date ✅ Managing company expenses, petty cash, and credit card reconciliations ✅ Investigating purchase ledger queries and liaising with suppliers ✅ Supporting finance reporting and ensuring seamless operations
What We’re Looking For:
✔ At least 1 year of experience in an accounts payable or purchase ledger role ✔ Xero accounting software knowledge ✔ Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft packages ✔ Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving abilities ✔ A proactive, adaptable approach and a team-first mindset ✔ Ability to work independently with professionalism and integrity
