Job Title: Junior Finance Project Analyst  (Permanent) 

Location: Didcot 

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 

I am currently partnered with a global data communications organisation located in Didcot, Oxfordshire. In order to support the continued growth of the business, they are now seeking a passionate and personable individual to join them as a Junior Project Analyst.

Within this role you will be responsible for supporting both the reporting & commercial side of the finance function within the business. successful applicants will be supporting both the accounts payable with processing invoices when required and then identifying trends and running reports. 

A successful candidate will possess computer skills, including proficiency in Excel & microsoft office, along with some experience working in a professional or business environment. They should demonstrate a customer service mindset and the ability to learn new computer applications. 

Key Responsibilities 

Collecting data and running reports through excel and the ERP system and 
Supporting Accounts Payable team when required during sickness & year end audit 
Supporting the commercial team with quarterly forecasting 
Liaising with key with internal & external  stakeholders 
Dealing with queries effectively and in a timely matter
Identifying trends within the business and produce P&L reports for the budget holders

Desired experience & qualifications  

One year experience in a finance/account related role
Proficient in Excel and other computer applications such as power bi
AAT Qualified or currently studying AAT 
Experience in a professional or business environment. 
Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage client relationships.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and process
