Salesforce Digital Marketing Strategy / Senior Specialist

Duration: 13 Month Rolling Contract

Location: Whitley - Coventry

£31.00 per hour Inside IR35 - Umbrella Rate

Contechs are currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Coventry who are seeking a Salesforce Digital Marketing and Strategy Specialist to join their team

Position Description:

* This role would suit someone with a strong digital customer experience background working for a luxury brand or automotive manufacturer, ideally across a range of product market segments.

* An understanding of data analysis, segmentation methods and data protection legislation is essential along with previous CRM and multi-channel digital communications experience..

Skills Required:

* Marketing communications or CRM experience in the automotive sector

* Agency management skills

* Stakeholder management

Experience Required:

* Extensive marketing communications or CRM experience in the automotive sector.

* Significant experience working on CRM and/or digital customer journeys.

* Demonstrable project planning and process skills with flexibility to adapt to a wide scope of activities and projects.

* SFMC experience

* Understanding and experience of using multiple channels to maintain a consistent 1:1 message.

* An understanding of the digital landscape, channels and how to use to target and engage customers effectively.

* Budget management and cost control skills

* Agency management skills including the ability to initiate and conclude projects

* Strong IT skills, particularly with Excel

* Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
