Loyal Blue Recruitment Ltd are working with a two-time award-winning nursery group to recruit an experienced Nursery Manager for one of their fantastic settings. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a nurturing, stimulating, and high-quality early years environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support the nursery team to deliver outstanding care and education

* Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards

* Create a safe, organised, and inspiring learning environment

* Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and carers

* Oversee nursery operations, staff deployment, and record-keeping

* Support staff development through mentoring, training, and supervision

What We’re Looking For:

* Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher

* Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting

* Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to motivate and develop a team
