Henry Martin Group are partnered with an established principle contractor who are seeking a Senior Planner. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between £20Mil - £150Mil+
As the Senior Planner you will be responsible for fulfilling the complete planning role for both tenders and construction. This role involves live projects and will require site visits.
Your background will need to include a strong track record in leading multiple residential projects planning at once. Projects are based around London and predominately RC Frame.
