Senior Quantity Surveyor

Up to £80,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance

Working on behalf of a Main Contractor based in the North West, I am keen to find a Senior Quantity Surveyor proven and capable of managing medium to large valued contracts under a JCT D&B. My client, are known to deliver schemes across the North West for a select number of their clients. Projects tend to be in the following sectors; Industrial, Commercial, Hotels, Accomodation, Education, Healthcare etc.

My client are about to deliver a £30m scheme in Manchester City Centre and need a Senior QS to run the scheme commercially, alongside a Senior Project Manager. As Senior QS, you will be managing a QS and a Trainee and report into a visiting commercial manager.

* Manage CVR's on a monthly basis

* Commercial lead on the project, managing the client

* Ensuring the profit plan is achieved and procurement is done correctly

* Dealing with contractual issues if they arise

* Total management of project costs and ensuring all costs are within scope

* Management of more junior qs staff on project
