Activus Recruitment are assisting our client, an established house building company, seek an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a full-time, permanent role based in Mintlaw, Aberdeenshire.

* Salary negotiable

* Degree qualified preferrable

* Minimum 3 years experience

* Previous experience in housebuilding desirable

* Competent is using excel and cost reporting software

* Have sound construction knowledge and an analytical mind

* Preparation of subcontracts, valuations, targets, cost reports and reconciliation of valuations
