This local engineering firm is expanding fast, and looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the field-based team. If you’ve completed an Electrical Engineering apprenticeship and have at least one year of hands-on experience, we want to hear from you! This role is Monday to Friday (8am to 4pm, with early finish on a Friday) so would suit applicants who like their weekends free and no nightshifts!
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Planned Maintenance & Repairs – Keep machinery and extraction systems running smoothly
✅ Fault-Finding & Troubleshooting – Diagnose and fix issues on-site
✅ Installations & Upgrades – Work on both electrical and mechanical systems
✅ Commissioning – Get new equipment up and running
What You Need:
? HNC or higher in Electrical Engineering
? Full UK Driving Licence
? Apprenticeship-qualified
? Bonus if you have 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, ECS/CSCS certs, or experience with conduit bending & cable installations!
