The Role
As a Senior Sales Manager for Anchor’s South Region, you’ll lead innovative sales strategies to drive the successful delivery of new residential development sales for the over-55s. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role requires a proactive, self-sufficient leader who can independently manage sales operations to meet ambitious targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities will include:

* Leading the on-site sales teams across multiple developments, providing support during launches, busy periods, and site-based work when necessary.

* Implementing and optimising sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, aligning with Anchor’s business goals.

* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding requirements, maintaining audit readiness and sales standards.

* Collaborating with the Land and Development teams providing valuable insights into potential future developments.

* Overseeing Salesforce CRM to maintain data accuracy and enhance reporting and performance tracking.

* Engaging with Marketing to refine strategy and support campaign effectiveness, enhancing on-site sales performance.

About You:

* Educated to degree level or relevant experience.

* Proven track record in new property sales, ideally within the over-55s or shared ownership sectors.

* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor agile sales teams, fostering high performance.

* Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and proficiency in relevant software.

* Full UK driving licence and flexibility for site-based work across the region.
