About the Role:
Acting as a strategic recruitment partner on behalf of PWS, you will play a crucial role in spearheading and managing the delivery of recruitment for a key account within the organisation who operate in the civil engineering field as we work towards an imbedded solution.
The role will be a hybrid role based from our Glasgow HQ (G4 0LA) ,onsite at the client as well as some home working.
Key Responsibilities:
Work within our strategic recruitment partnership, working closely with the internal team at PWS and the client to deliver the recruitment solution as per the agreed plan and timescales.
Understand the operational infrastructure to manage the recruitment process efficiently, including applicant tracking systems and screening and interviewing procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements and regulations, including employment laws and data protection regulations.
Cultivate strong relationships within the clients stakeholders by delivering exceptional service, understanding their unique needs, and presenting the finest talent available in the market. Repeat business and referrals will be crucial for our company growth and success and we see this as an exciting platform to grow from.
Develop a strong personal and company brand identity that resonates with civil engineering clients, leveraging your network and connections to increase awareness and attract potential new clients.
Utilise your industry expertise to identify and recruit top talent in the civil engineering field, fostering relationships with trade associations, attending industry events, and using online platforms to connect with potential candidates.
Leverage existing network and contacts within the civil engineering industry, participating in industry conferences, networking events, and targeted outreach to civil engineering talent. companies, contractors, and developers.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving recruitment practices, continuously adapting strategies to stay ahead of the competition and provide innovative solutions to the client
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a successful billing recruiter, ideally within Civil engineering construction, engineering or manufacturing with onsite/embedded experience seen as a bonus.
Customer centric mindset who understands the importance of long term relationships.
Strong understanding of working to a detailed delivery plan and timescales.
Embraces technology and looks to stay ahead of the competition by providing innovative recruitment solutions.

Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
£3,250 annual car allowance.
Excellent commission structure (OTE 65,000 uncapped)
