Job Description:

Our partner, a leading provider of utility infrastructure solutions within the energy and utilities industry, is seeking a skilled Jointing Supervisor to join their team in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organisation that specialises in delivering high-quality utility and infrastructure services.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of jointing operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Coordinate with project teams, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and client requirements.

Provide leadership and technical guidance to the jointing teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations.

Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor progress and adherence to safety protocols.

Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.

Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a jointing supervisory role within the energy or utilities sector.

Strong knowledge of jointing techniques and industry standards.

Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

A commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Valid relevant certifications and qualifications are essential.
