Opportunity for an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer to work on a high end estate in the West End! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Building Service Provider who are will provide you with valuable career experience, internal progression, additional training and be part of a great company! Our client is primarily looking for a Maintenance Engineer with the experience rather than the formal qualifications
This role will have you primarily based on a large, state of the art, commercial property in Holborn, West End whilst also covering other commercial properties our client currently provide their services to. You will carry out PPM and Reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment on site, liaise with subcontractors, ensure all logbooks are up to date and strengthen relations with the client. This role will follow a fixed pattern of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Duties:
PPM and Reactive Maintenance
Electrical Fault-Finding
Single & Three Phase Power
Emergency Lighting
Fire Alarms
Sprinkler systems
AHUs, FCUs
Generators
Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
Pumps & Motors
BMS Operation
Site Folders, Elogbooks, Managing Contractors,
Requirements:
The successful candidate will not need formal qualifications but holding City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering would be desirable
At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance
Great communication skills
Familiar with site folders, E-Logbooks and other forms of documentations
Salary and Benefits:
£43,000 - £45,000 per annum
Zone 1 & 2 Travel card provided
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
