Job Title: Fish Preparation Driver / Operative
Location: Eye (Suffolk)
Days of work: Weekdays 05.00 - 14.00
Rate of pay: £13.00ph

Major Recruitment are working with a well known client near to EYE in Suffolk.

Responsible to: Fish Prep Dept Manager / Group General Manager

Main Responsibilities: To prepare fish for individual customer orders and deliver them

Experience requirements

Knife skills - fish or meat

Clean driving licence ( van deliveries required )

Responsibilities

Adhere to current legislation of food hygiene/health & safety
To adhere to Company procedures regarding cross contamination and allergens
To accurately prepare individual customer orders and ensure orders are despatched in the correct packaging and maximum quality standards
To complete order tickets accurately with weights/counts and supplier for product traceability and invoicing
To maintain stock control for optimum quality and to keep waste to absolute minimum
To assist in the cleaning down of the preparation area at the end of the shift
To assist and undertake any reasonable work as directed by manager
To attend any training as required by manager
To create an atmosphere which encourages maximum efficiency
To drive and delivery goods to local establishments if required.
To at all times maintain good customer relations and promote a positive Company image
