SALES NEGOTIATOR– Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Banstead, SM7

Salary: OTE £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator to join a well-known Independent Estate Agency based in the Cheam area.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Residential Property Sales and will also need to be persuasive, driven, proactive, self-motivated and have an excellent ability to build and maintain business relationships with the clients.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:

Previous experience in residential sales
Excellent sales ability
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of the Cheam area helpful
Full UK Driving License (own car preferred)
A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
