Job title: Continuous Improvement Specialist
Location: Coventry, CV6
Salary: negotiable
Contract length: 2-3 months
Shift pattern: 7:30 - 17:00, Monday - Thursday
Linkster is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Client's dynamic manufacturing team on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
Coventry based.
Key Responsibilities as a Continuous Improvement Specialist:
Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce production time
Optimize processes to enhance time management and productivity
Develop initiatives to improve delivery times and customer satisfaction
Analyze performance data to drive sustainable improvements
What We’re Looking For in the Ideal candidate for the Continuous Improvement Specialist role:
Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
Background in Engineering would be an advantage
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A passion for driving change and optimizing processes in a manufacturing environment
