They are seeking an experienced and qualified registered manager to join their team in supporting children and young people aged 8yrs to 18yrs who have experienced early life trauma, neglect, or abuse, or who display challenging behaviours.

Your typical day will look like this:
* Day to day running of an EBD home
* Ensure home operates within current standards and regulations associated with children’s home regulations.
* Ensure risk assessments are kept up-to-date and appropriate action taken to protect young people from identified or assessed risk.
* To ensure all staff are appropriately trained and qualified and the home’s training files are kept up to date.
* Support the team to ensure longevity and good organisation retention.
* Encourage staff development and provide support where needed.
* Run upskilling workshops engaging staff
* Create positive and supportive relationships with each service using child.
Qualification and skills needed:
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
* Level 5 qualification in children's residential social care management and leadership
* Minimum 2 years’ managing a children’s home
* Full, clean manual UK driving licence
Knowledge of OFSTED and current children’s homes regulations
