CPSS are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Leader and Teacher to join a busy and welcoming primary school in Sandwell. This Primary school boasts a strong leadership team and very supportive culture. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher / EYFS Lead to make a significant impact on young learners and the wider school community. This is a full time position starting Easter 2025 until July in the first instance

As an EYFS Teacher / EYFS Lead, you will:

Deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework, Leading and managing the EYFS team to ensure high standards of teaching and learning
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children's learning and development.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents/carers.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement a rich and varied curriculum.
Leading and managing the EYFS team to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
Driving the development of the EYFS curriculum, policies, and practices.
Analysing data to inform improvements and ensure positive outcomes for all pupils.The ideal candidate will:

Hold QTS and have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
Be passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting every child's potential.
Have previous experience or demonstrate the capability to take on leadership responsibilities
