The Company:

The company are a leading supplier of construction solutions in the UK.

The Role:

Duties include, but aren’t limited to:

* Lead the delivery of capital projects, from initial ideas through to completion, ensuring alignment with the whole companies’ goals.

* Develop and authorise engineering solutions, track milestones, and support the maintenance team in successful project delivery.

* Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met at all stages.

* Collaborate with stakeholders across levels to ensure project solutions fit seamlessly with current operations.

About you:

* Proven experience in the development and delivery of projects

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Skilled in tracking project progress, including risk identification and mitigation

* Ideally degree qualified, minimum NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds Level 3

* Experience in a similar role within Engineering

Package:

* £50,000 - £60,000 per year

* 10% annual bonus

* 7:30am – 4pm Monday – Thursday, 7:30am – 2:30pm Friday

* Matched pension contribution
