Executive Search Consultant
Hybrid (2-3 days in Belfast office)
You’ll help shape the success stories of some of Northern Ireland’s best companies.
You’re the sort of person that’s good at asking questions. High-quality questions designed to gauge things like Curiosity, Humility, Self-awareness, Drive, Focus, Resilience and Integrity… The soft skills that make a great leader.
You’ll be involved in on-boarding clients, developing search strategies, building executive referral networks, interviewing and assessing candidates and maintaining consistent communication with both candidates and clients.
You’ll serve a diverse range of clients through our retained executive search offering.
Our executive recruitment team is small, made up of two Directors and an Executive Sourcing Specialist but due to an uptick in business, we’re looking to recruit an Executive Search Consultant.
Our wider team combines experienced recruitment professionals and a Human Capital Management Consultancy.

* Chief Strategy Officer for a £1.8bn T/O business.
* MD of PE backed business
* VP of Supply Chain for Aerospace Business
* Finance Director for PE backed business
* CEO of £200mn t/o business

Your skills & experience:
* You’ll likely have 5+ years’ of experience in sourcing and interviewing senior-level candidates.
* You’ll be experienced in presenting to executive teams.
* You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication.
* Senior Stakeholder management
* You’ll be able to build Boolean strings.
* You’ll have a creative flair.
* You’ll be an active listener.
* Attention to detail.
* Discretion.
