About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for supporting young learners to make a positive impact in a vibrant educational environment. As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students' learning and development across a range of subjects and activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students to help them achieve their learning objectives.
Aid in the preparation and organization of classroom resources and materials.
Support students with their social and emotional development, fostering positive relationships.
Help manage classroom behavior, ensuring a safe and engaging space for learning.
Provide additional support for children with special educational needs (SEN), adapting resources as required.
About You

A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
Experience working with primary-aged children, preferably within an educational setting.
A proactive and positive approach to supporting learning and student engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on working collaboratively within a team.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
