Job Title - Warehouse Supervisor

Location - Paddock Wood

Shifts - Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm

Salary - £32,000 per annum

This is a great opportunity to join a fastly growing 3PL company that are doubling in size. You'll be able to really make an impact on the business and grow with them.

You'll be looking after a team of 20-25 warehouse staff.

You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth flow of inbound, outbound and inentroy processes.

You'll need to be comfrotable keeping staff adhered to tight SLA's as we deliver packages within time frames as short as next day delivery.

Key responsibilities:

* Oversee and optimize all inbound, outbound, and inventory processes to ensure seamless warehouse operations.

* Manage staff performance, attendance, and development, fostering a team that thrives on accountability and teamwork.

* Lead training initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices.

* Implement and refine processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity. You’ll challenge the norm and push boundaries to innovate.

* Analyze performance metrics, report findings to senior management, and develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.

* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at all times.

Requirements:

* At least one year warehouse managmenet experience with a similar sized team

* Ability to problem solve

* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed (paid at 1.5X)

* Proven success hitting KPI's
