Key Responsibilities:
* Design & Implementation: Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for battery storage projects and HV/LV substations.
* Project Leadership: Manage electrical engineering aspects of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
* Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical support across all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and commissioning.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs and installations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
* Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored engineering solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in battery storage and substations.
* Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP) and a solid understanding of HV/LV systems.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to clients and team members.
* Certifications: Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent is a plus.
