The successful Regional Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the safe management and efficient running of the maintenance teams in Humber Region.
Ensuring that all preventative and corrective maintenance tasks are suitably planned, actioned and/or mitigated.
All the time ensuring that maintenance is planned and executed in line with company expectations, policies, procedures and guidance.
Implement and/or maintain maintenance KPI's and metrics that deliver the required information to the different levels of the Company.
Working with peers, jointly responsible for appropriately supplying risk assessed, planned and phased CAPEX funding requests to the Engineering and Project Teams.
To be successful in this role of Regional Maintenance Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
Experience in a Regional Maintenance Managerial role with a minimum of 5 years' experience working on a top tier COMAH site.
Be able to demonstrate extensive experience in the management of safe systems of work practices and experience in permit control, risk assessments and method statements.
You will have managed teams previously both on site and remote workers.
