We are looking for Platers for long term contract work in Sheffield for immediate starts.

This is fabrication workshop based.

Rate of pay is £18.48 per hour (first 39 hours per day Monday to Friday), £26.22 per hour (overtime after39 hours Monday to Friday and first 4 hours on Saturday) and £34.96 per hour (after first 4 hours on Saturdays and Sundays)

The work is heavy fabrication work, so experience in the oil and gas/nuclear sectors is desirable.

Must be able to read from engineering drawings and be able to display experience with heavy fabrication work on CV.

* You will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of materials and components used in many sectors

* Interpreting manufacturing paperwork (Engineering drawings)

NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds in Fabrication and Welding or Plating would be expected.

NO TRAVEL OR LODGE AVAILABLE SO MUST LIVE WITHIN A REASONABLE COMMUTE FROM SHEFFIELD
