Duties for this Deputy Ward Manager role include:
Apply relevant policies and statutory requirements within the hospital framework of governance
Supervise the nursing team and contribute to their overall CPD, mandatory training and appraisal process
Act as a role model to promote a culture of learning development
Engage in collaborative problem solving
To apply for this Deputy Ward Manager position, you will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin. You’ll also have prior experience in a Senior Mental Health Nurse role.
