Due to an expansion and company growth our client specialising in customer built timber frames and timber panels are looking for a dedicated and motivated Woodworker to join their skilled team. Whether you are an experienced craftsman or someone with basic woodworking experience, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate woodworking machinery, including table saws, band saws, and routers

* Use hand tools (screwdrivers, drills, chisels, planes) to create detailed wood components

* Work from technical drawings and blueprints to produce accurate measurements and specifications

* Cut, shape, and finish wood products to meet project specifications and standards

* Ensure all products are built to quality standards and check measurements before assembly

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

* Assist with the preparation of materials and assembly of finished products

* Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure client satisfaction

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience working with wood and using woodworking tools (table saws, hand tools, etc.)

* Ability to work from technical drawings and follow measurements accurately

* A good understanding of basic woodworking techniques and safety procedures

* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

* A team player with good communication skills

* Ability to work efficiently and to deadlines

* Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges
