About the Role
Main Developer clients are after a Senior Planner to join their UK Construction Division in London.
Really great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team with a healthy pipeline of projects.
You will be someone with residential experience in London or within the M25, MUST BE proficient with Asta Power software, and must have prior site management experience or a similar background. You will also have knowledge of the Building Safety Act, and possess in-depth knowledge of preconstruction and its processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead projects as the sole planner with confidence and without supervision, as well as produce tenders simultaneously.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of pre-construction and construction processes.
Oversee the entire project process from inception to completion, coordinating duties for both preconstruction process and on site.
Utilize planning-related software literacy and solutions for programs/schedules
Lead meetings on program-related matters
Qualifications And Skills:
Relevant Degree or diploma in industry related field
Relevant industry qualifications and or training (Asta Power)
Successful track record of working with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
Experience in working on multiple live sites and tenders at the same time
