HRGO is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to join our client, a leading manufacturer, in Bromborough on a part-time 3 month contract. This role offers excellent flexibility and opportunities for working from home. The successful candidate will support the HR function, providing expert advice and support on a range of HR issues including employee relations, performance management, L&D, and employment legislation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proactive approach to solving employee issues in a fast-paced environment.
Days/Hours: Minimum 4 days per week, 25 hours per week, flexible and to be agreed with the company
Pay: £30,000 pro rata
Location: Bromborough, home-working is available if required (first 3 weeks will require onsite training)
Contract: 3 months, possibility of extension
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for employee enquiries and concerns
Facilitate timely resolution of conflicts
Conduct exit interviews
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs
Assist with onboarding new starters
Supporting performance management processes, monitoring training
Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to across site
Administration as requiredRequirements:
Experience in a HR Adviser role is essential
Manufacturing HR experience is preferred but not essential
CIPD Level 5
