Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:

Support the Store Manager in daily retail operations and ensure the store runs smoothly.
Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Assist in managing inventory, merchandising, and visual displays.
Foster a positive and engaging store environment that reflects our brand values.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
Ideal Assistant Manager Candidate:

Previous experience in outdoor retail or a strong passion for outdoor activities.
