One of the top contractors within the Essex area are looking to expand their Estimating team with an Estimator who has knowledge in residential, new build, regeneration and social housing.

The Estimator

Knowledge in residential, new build, social housing

Experience in estimating projects up to £50 million

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and pricing within London.

Proficient in estimating software.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Estimating and bid management for refurbishment projects

Developing competitive bids and leveraging estimating software

Working closely with the Head of Pre Construction to secure projects

Providing expert advice on project specifications and drawings
