Description
Accurately input data into customs entry systems
Ensure compliance with all relevant EU customs regulations
Verify and validate all customs documentation
Communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
Monitor and update changes to customs regulations
Resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data
Support the Transport & Distribution team in other administrative duties as requiredProfile
A successful Data Administrator should have:
A good understanding of customs procedures, particularly within the EU
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work well as part of a team
A proactive approach to problem-solving
