Lettings Negotiator required for our client located in Brighton, a professionally recognised estate agency. The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance.

The Lettings Negotiator will ideally have prior experience in real estate and be able to communicate to Landlords and Tenants about their property requirements and connecting people with the right properties.

Lettings Negotiator Remuneration:

* Basic Salary: £21,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 2 months)

* On Target Earnings: £25,000 - £30,000

* Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

* Holiday Commission

Lettings Negotiator Requirements:

• Previous experience in a real estate with lettings

• Minimum of 6 Months prior experience in a similar role

• A full driving license
