Location: Gosberton, Lincolnshire

Our client currently grows approximately 3000 acres of vegetables within a 12-mile radius. The main crop production areas are in Gosberton on some of the best arable land in County.

The Role

They are recruiting for a Field Person to support their existing team from their site in Gosberton.

Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience of working with vegetables preferably brassicas.
Forecasting production volumes and general field walking to assess crop health.
Implementing orders from the planning team.
Overseeing field harvesting teams. Ensuring efficiencies and order requirements are met. Quality requirements, customers specifications and Health & Safety are adhered to.
Ensure good communication flow between all departments on quality issues and volume changes.
Ability to organise and communicate to a multilingual workforce.
Self-Motivated, Positive, can-do approach essential along with the ability to manage daily customers changes/requests.
