Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a leading building services provider? This is an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious, state-of-the-art research site in Oxford. You’ll be based at this impressive location, ensuring the seamless operation of its advanced systems and infrastructure. Working as part of a dedicated team, your role will involve planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works, and emergency response, helping to support the ongoing success of this world-class facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks.
Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults. Maintaining and servicing:
Single and three-phase power systems
Generators and UPS systems
Emergency lighting and fire alarms
HVAC systems, pumps, and motors
AC systems
Conducting water treatment tasks (e.g., tap temperatures, flushing, filters).
Keeping logbooks updated and ensuring statutory compliance. Requirements:
City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ qualification in Electrical Maintenance (or equivalent).
Apprentice-trained background (preferred).
Proven experience in building services maintenance.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills. What’s on Offer:

Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
