We are looking for an experienced Interim Home Manager to take the lead at a well-established elderly care home in Worcestershire.

The initial contract is for 3 Months.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a home and continue to provide high-quality care for residents during an important transition period.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.
Oversee care planning and support the delivery of tailored care for elderly residents, including those with dementia or other complex needs.
Manage and support a dedicated team of staff, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and delivering person-centered care.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to care.An active nursing pin is required
