About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a solid background in pub and restaurant fit-outs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects valued between £2m - £5m and overseeing multiple sites. Flexibility to travel and work away from home is essential, depending on project locations.
Key Requirements:
✔ 10+ years of experience in a Contracts Manager role within the fit-out sector
✔ SMSTS & CSCS Black Card – Mandatory
✔ Extensive experience in pub/restaurant fit-outs
✔ Proven ability to manage projects between £2m - £5m
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Flexibility to travel and work away when required
