This vibrant two-form entry primary school is looking for two dedicated Teaching Assistants:

* Year 2 Teaching Assistant – Supporting young learners as they build their confidence and key skills

* Year 4 Teaching Assistant – Helping older pupils develop independence and a love for learning

Both roles involve:

* Working closely with children with SEN, providing tailored support in the classroom

* Leading small group interventions to boost learning and development

* Supporting the whole class alongside the teacher to create an engaging learning environment

* Encouraging positive learning behaviors and fostering confidence in students

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience working with primary-aged children, particularly in a school setting

* Strong understanding of SEN support strategies and intervention techniques

* A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach to helping young learners succeed

* Great communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

* A passion for making a difference in children’s education
