Description
Develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with business objectives
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
Lead on redundancy, restructure, TUPE
Lead and deliver on HR projects
HR policies, procedures, handbooks
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance
Collaborate with colleagues in the HR department to monitor, review, and update all HR policies in accordance with current legislationProfile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
A degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management -desirable
Have managed complex ER casework
Led on redundancy, restructure, TUPE
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsJob Offer
An estimated salary range of £45,000 - £50,000 (GBP)
