Are you an experienced Purchasing Administrator with a strong background in Sage? We have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Purchasing Administrator to join a growing and established company. Previous experience in a purchasing or buying role and use of Sage is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting in the processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

* Maintaining and updating supplier databases and purchasing records.

* Liaising with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and pricing.

* Monitoring stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment.

* Supporting the procurement team with administrative tasks, including invoice reconciliation and report preparation.

This is a full time temporary position based in Worthing, the hourly rate is paying between £12-£14 per hour.
