This role is ideal for those looking to develop their skills and work alongside experienced technical managers to ensure product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Support technical managers with data entry, report generation, and analysis.
Collaborate with the operations, commercial, and procurement teams to deliver high-quality produce to customers.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
Drive customer-focused technical agendas and ensure compliance with customer and supplier specifications.
Support in managing technical crises to minimise impact.What You'll Bring:

A positive, inquisitive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A formal technical qualification in produce or food industry (experience is a plus but not required).
