Job Title: Residential Home Manager - Mental Health
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £40K/£45K per annum

Our Clients small, yet dynamic mental health residential home in Chesterfield is looking for a dedicated individual to join them as a Residential Home Manager. As part of a supportive provider, you'll have the chance to lead a team and make a real difference in the lives of their residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and management to ensure the smooth operation of the residential home.
• Oversee the care and support provided to residents with mental health needs, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.
• Manage staff effectively, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to each resident's individual needs.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Act as a point of contact for residents, their families, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in mental health care and home management is essential.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent understanding of mental health issues and the ability to provide person-centered care.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with residents and their families.
• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care (desirable).
