My client is a well-established, privately-owned contractor based in Wolverhampton. They specialize in new builds, refurbishments, and fit-out projects across a variety of sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Defense & Government, and Residential Living.

Their projects range from £2m to £15m, and with a current turnover of £60m, they’re set for substantial growth.

With a solid pipeline of projects supported by their inclusion on the Pagabo Framework.

The role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits, and most projects are located in the West Midlands.

Role Overview:

You will serve as the commercial lead on a £10m hotel project under a JCT Design and Build contract.
