Salary: £59,442 per year + Service Charge + Paid Overtime
Hours: 48 hours per week (5 double shifts; overtime likely around 60 hours total)
About the Role:
Take the reins of the pastry section in one of the UK’s most esteemed 3 Michelin Star restaurants as a Pastry Sous Chef. This is an incredible opportunity to lead and innovate while delivering exceptional desserts that match the restaurant’s celebrated reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the pastry section, ensuring all dishes meet 3 Michelin Star standards.
* Assist in menu development, focusing on creative and seasonal ingredients.
* Train and mentor junior pastry chefs.
* Oversee health, safety, and hygiene compliance within the pastry section.
