Contract Estimator - North West London

Carmichael UK is currently seeking a dedicated Contract Estimator to join a tier 1 client's Asset Delivery team. This position is based in North West London and covers the London & South East area.

Duration: 3+ months

Rate: £500 - £650/day PAYE Umbrella

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate costing sheets for materials, labour, and equipment.

Review design options and identify project attractiveness.

Liaise with project teams and subcontractors to ensure comprehensive submissions.

Take the lead on small/medium size bids for timely tender deliverables.

About You:

We are looking for individuals with an Infrastructure Main Contractor background, possessing prior estimating experience.

Experience with Candy Estimating Software and relevant industry chartership is a plus.
