Are you an experienced Bar or Entertainment or Restaurant Manager looking for a new opportunity?

We are currently recruiting for a Manager of a licenced entertainment bar in Cannock.

What will the role will include?

This position will be working shifts which are divided into either 9am - 5pm or 5pm dependent on discussion- and will be responsible for the running of the bar which will include (but not limited to);

• Someone who can manage entertainment and bookings

• Manage all staff and subcontractors (responsible for direct staff)

• Creating weekly rotas and checking staff hours at the end of the week

• Ordering stock from suppliers and ensuring stock levels are maintained

• Ensuring sufficient levels or cash are both maintained and correct

• Confirm all end of day figures and organise receipts

• Ensure membership rules are adhered to and that all entries are kept up to date on the membership computer

What will you need to be considered for the position of Bar Manager?

• Experience managing a team in either a bar, club or restaurant

• Previous key holder

• Hold a personnel licence (Diserable) can apply

• Have own transport and live locally to Cannock (desirable)

• Self-motivated, sociable and strong communication skills

• Well presented

• Computer literate

• Responsible for maintaining social media sites
