T&K Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical QA and Test Technician to join our Client on a permanent basis in Shepshed.

Electrical QA and Test Technician Job Details;

* £31,200 per annum

* Paid overtime available

* 40-hour working week - Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:45pm and Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm

Electrical QA and Test Technician Role & Responsibilities include;

* Conduct electrical testing on motors to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications

* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in motor performance

* Collaborate with the design and production teams to implement improvements

* Maintain accurate documentation of test results and procedures

* Adhere to quality and safety standards in all testing activities

* Production line testing and reporting

* Flexible and Adaptable to cover many different test types

* Any other duties as required

Electrical QA and Test Technician Person Specification;

* Proven experience in electrical testing and troubleshooting, preferably in motors or similar systems (not essential but preferred)

* Understanding of motor technology and control systems (not essential but preferred)

* Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and tools

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

* 3 Phase Testing Experience

* Strong PC Skills & PC literate
