Position Overview: As a Concierge, you will be the face of our client’s luxury residence, responsible for ensuring that every resident and guest receives personalised service of the highest standard. You will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences and upholding the prestigious reputation of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome residents and guests with warmth and professionalism, embodying the values of luxury service.

Provide detailed information about the property and local area, including dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions.

Manage reservations and bookings for restaurants, events, and transport services, ensuring all requests are fulfilled efficiently.

Coordinate with various departments to respond to resident needs and special requests.

Handle inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and with discretion.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local happenings and amenities to offer tailored recommendations.

Uphold the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness within the concierge area.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a concierge or high-end customer service role, ideally within a luxury environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport.

Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to service.

Ability to multitask effectively and remain composed under pressure.

Knowledge of the London area is highly advantageous.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
