Teaching Assistant – SEN Support

Location: Boston, Lincolnshire

Salary: £85 - £110 per day

Want to make a difference in the lives of students with special needs? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support a secondary school in Boston.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting students with learning difficulties, autism, and ADHD.
Adapting learning materials and assisting in lessons.
Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in care, SEN, or education is desirable.
A patient and empathetic approach.
A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service or completing an application for a new check.
