We are working with a well-established high street practice in Gloucestershire, currently seeking a Company Commercial Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their team on a locum basis. The firm is recruiting for a permanent hire but requires interim support during this process.

Role Overview:

This is a broad and varied Company Commercial role, covering a wide range of areas, including:

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
Commercial Contracts
Company Commercial Advice
Franchise Agreements
General Corporate LawThe role will be ongoing for approximately 3-6 months while the firm recruits on a permanent basis. The position can be performed hybrid, though the firm is also open to considering fully remote options for the right candidate
