Are you a Private Sector Housing Officer looking for a hybrid opportunity?

An East Sussex based Local Authority are looking for an experienced Officer to join their team.

With a competitive pay rate of £42-£45 an hour, this initial 3-month contract will be a mixture of both home working, and being in the borough to complete inspections under The Housing Act 2004.

You'll need to have experience in:

?Conducting HHSRS inspections and calculations

?Conducting HMO inspections and enforcing notices where necessary

?Attending tribunals and court hearings when required

?Managing a caseload / backlog of inspections

? Extensive knowledge of how to investigate damp and mould issues
